We started celebrating Valentine's Day on Tuesday when Eddie brought me beautiful pink roses. He decided to surprise me early because I'm leaving for Austin on Friday morning and if he brought them on on the 14th, I wouldn't have much time to enjoy them. What a sweetheart!
I bought each of the guys new red striped polos, each one a bit different so they'd have something new to wear today. Trey looked quite handsome, which made him feel good, because he has a special *friend* at school that he's trying to impress....he even sent her 2 carnations from the Student Council fundraiser! :o) Kyle had class pictures today, and they were all asked to wear red for the picture. He couldn't wait to go to school today since they're having a party and everything.
I don't think we are going to be able to go out to dinner, because Trey is supposed to have soccer practice (unless the coach's wife convinces him to take her out! LOL) but that's ok...we are planning to celebrate our anniversary ( 17 years on Saturday!!!) next weekend anyway....
